Advantages:

- The ammo rack is located directly behind the frontal lower glacis.
- Crew members are easily taken out.
- No longer possesses the 10-shot autoloader it was renowned for.
- Low caliber gun makes it near impossible to cause module damage to enemy tanks.

The tank was produced by the Cadillac Motor Car Division, a division of General Motors.The M41 Walker Bulldog leads to the T49.
